First ever resturant in ajman to deal in pure traditional pakistani taste and qualtiy, offering a mouth watering range of desi foods. specially biryani nobody can compete with it.
Location on zomato is not exact.. its on the main road so had some difficulty finding it. Ordered the chicken and mutton biriyani, White roast, rabddi and bihari kebab to go as the place is not favorable for a dine in with the family mainly because its not that clean.. what they lack for service they make up for in quantity. Many of the dishes including their famous tea was not available which was surprising on a Thursday night. The chicken biriyani and kebab was average however the dishes were so oil enriched it would put most oil tankers to shame.. the rabbdi was the most disappointing as i could taste the distinct flavor of powdered milk.
Excellent food, their biryani is mouth watering and khuwsa is amazing. Delivery takes some time as there are mostly short of rider but when you will get the food you will love it.
We went with family at 8.30pm on a Friday which was suppose to be the peak dining hours. When we entered the restaurant there was no customers, there were no waiters and no one at the reception and the BBQ area was empty and light were also off. When we called someone then a guy came from inside and then I asked him what do they have. He said we have only daal and rice. Then I asked do you have biryani and he said no sir everything finished. Then he made a face saying that please go from here. I don’t want to rate the food but this is pretty much what happened.
We went in there reading all the reviews. Unfortunately the reviews are misguiding. The restaurant is in the Industrial area. We got in, sat down and there was a cashier who was sitting down on a table with friends and chitchatting. Never paid attention. Finally after 5 minutes I asked it anyone’s going to take our order. So the cashier called someone from the kitchen. Staff came and when I started to order, most of the things I wanted which were on their menu such as grilled items, kebab rolls etc, bunkebabs etc the staff said they did not have. Only had biryani and some curries. Totally misleading and unprofessional, so we left. My review is not food based as I have yet to try it and will give them one more chance. This is merely on customer service and for not having any items which are listed on their menu.
It was awesome. The food here is simply awesome. I don’t understand the scarcity of good rating though but for me this is something awesome and varied. Khao souy is awesome here. I though felt that chicken content should have been more but taste as a whole was sublime. The biryani blew my mind with the complexity of spices and the taste was exactly the way we may associates with karachi or to memoni biryani. Rabri was also excellent. It’s a highly recommended restaurant but for family it’s not that friendly when it comes to accommodating them. Parking is also a problem but nonetheless taste here is good enough to compensate all the hassles. mylifeconversations.wordpress.com
