I don’t understand about people complaining about ambience and space to sit. It’s just a small cafeteria like most around Ajman. To be fair and honest, you don’t expect to have ambience and seating capacity and outstanding customer service in a cafeteria. I can easily say that it’s the best tea I’ve had in Ajman. I ordered chicken chilly and zinger porotta sandwich. I should say it was good. The spicy zinger was loaded with cheese and jalapeño which I think was very good and value for money. I usually don’t eat meals in cafeterias, only tea, juices and sandwiches. This one didn’t disappoint.

I usually take tea from here when im visiting the car wash next door, ive tried almost all different types of tea they serve but did not order any snacks or sandwiches so my review is only based upon hot beverages
A very Small Cafeteria. No Place to sit or even to stand inside. Poor service.Customers are taken for granted.Overall experience disappointing.
Haven eaten anything form here but whenever I visit Ajman I always make sure to have tea from here.There is no place to dine in so it’s just takeaway like other cafeterias in the area. Their service is good and it’s an average cafeteria selling tea
