The Friday brunch at this place is a must do as the place covers it all – great tasting food, lavish spread, multi-cuisine and good service. I lived at the property one weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the Friday Brunch as well. The restaurant is pretty spacious and has good seating. The staff are friendly and attentive and the decor is simple yet classy. There’s so much here to eat with some delicacies that I’ve never seen before in a buffet. I’ll go by the order from the entrance so I don’t miss out anything – there is a dosa counter serving freshly made dosas (yes, you read that right), a chaat counter, a BBQ and grills station , a Thai food cart, a Noodle live station, a Juice Bar, Salads, a Sushi bar, Hot foods and loads of desserts. This was a lot of food and I must say that I was impressed with how the food was served hot, a novelty for a buffet. We enjoyed the dosa and loved the brilliant vada pav, pav bhaji and pani puri from the chaat counter. From the grills stations, we could not resist the freshly grilled corn on the cob. The Thai Green curry was excellent and the Thai counter also had Tempura eggs – a Filipino speciality that was very good. There were a variety of fresh juices and lassi in rose, strawberry and mango flavor. We tried the mango lassi and got ourselves another one once the first one was done. The selection of makki rolls was brilliant. We tried the spicy tuna, the tempura, salmon-avocado and a few others. In the hot foods we enjoyed the butter chicken , raan biryani and sesame crusted fish. We ended the brilliant meal with some Indian deserts – that included banana fritters and the sago pudding as well as some pastries.
Nice place good staff good food qualité, nice place to be at if you are visiting ajman. Perhaps the best thing is the pool that is on the other side of the restaurant. It gices it good ambiance
