Friday well spent at Sabella’s. Sabella’s claim to serve Organic Italian food which I absolutely loved it. The view from the restaurant is so beautiful. It will be better in winter season to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful beach view.There are live stations serving fresh yummy pizza and pasta. The selection of starters are amazing. Lots of cheese to try from the counter.Main course was the best. The fish which was served in a white sauce (don’t remember the name exactly but it is one of its kind). The live grill section served Rib-eye steak, lamb chops, meat skewers, chicken skewers and various types of fish. Everything was exceptionally good in taste.The desserts were good as well. It was kind of fancy.I recommend this Friday Brunch to everyone which is AED 150/-
The food was excellent! The presentation was very neat and most importantly everything is organic. We were two people and we ordered the salmon tartar as a starter, the buffalo mozzarella pizza, then we had the tenderloin and truffle risotto as mains. The restaurant was empty though on a Thursday night. We were staying at the hotel so we benefited from a 25% discount and the bill came around 400AED. One thing we liked to have was that small complementary basket of bread that they offer in Italian restaurants or the small bruschetta to munch on while we were waiting for our food, which they didn’t offer. Would go again for sure if we are around Ajman hotel.
Attended the Friday Garden Brunch here at this beautiful hotel. The brunch has a variety of starters, live main dish counters and a huge array of desserts!The cheese board side, the salads were delicious. In the mains I really enjoyed the live BBQ, live pasta counter and the pizzas!For desserts the live crepe counter was just the right ending..I also tried the tiramisu, the panacotta and eclairs!The brunch also includes alcohol. Paired by satisfying brunch with sparkling rose. Will be back again for sure 🙂

This is a great Italian restaurant. They have a great menu. The bread basket was varied, warm and very tasty. The dips were ok but not exceptional. Luckily they had some fine olive oil and balsamic ready at the table so it was easy to whip up an oil and balsamic plate with a bit of salt to enjoy the bread. We ordered the seafood pizza, seafood pasta and the ravioli. The pasta was divine topped with a giant shrimp, the pizza was also very good but my friend had terrible heartburn and upset stomach from it the next day. I had the ravioli which was undercooked over salted and frankly inedible for my liking, I had to return it. I know it’s weird that my rating is still 4 stars but the other food was good I just think it was bad luck. The service was also very good, maybe they just didn’t check up on us enough. We were only able to order one drink because they never came back until the end. We had a nice time and when I returned my ravioli dish they didn’t hassle me. I only wish they had come to check on us sooner I would have at least ordered something else but by the time I had a chance to speak to someone about it my friends had already finished their plates and I was full on bread.
Pizza and pasta lover will love this place as this place have the best pizza and pasta. Pizza is exatra cheese and pasta taste so good. One llwill fell in love with it. Ambiance is gorgeous and stafff members are poilte and helpful.
a full bar restraunt with some italian food is a must try for all people theere. pizza and pasta are fingerlious. you will not regret of your food choice once you go there. thank you.
