This place deserves a 5/5 , whether it be food , ambience , staff , everything was just perfect . A little on the expensive side but for having food from various cuisines served so well with so much variety in everything , you just cannot imagine something more splendid that this.
They have a great breakfast spread with a lot of variety from Lebanese and Arabic food to Indian paratha, American omelettes and other cuisines.Great fresh juices and hot chocolate in almond milk.They have the option of a la carte as well. But the buffet is great. There is a chef there by the name of Sameer who makes amazing pancakes with berries and whipped cream.
Fairmont Ajman is one of the best resorts in UAE. We stayed here on a weekend and got a chance to grab the breakfast from spectrum . The speard was good with lots of veg options unlike other international buffets. The food was tasty. Service was good as well.
Had breakfast and Dinner here. Carrot cake was the best. One of the best carrot cakes i had. In Breakfast the poached eggs were amazing. Overall the desserts was awesome
Attended official dinner with colleagues. Everything was almost perfect, great service, huge variety of food, superb ambience overlooking sea, and almost everything in the menu tastes great. Highly recommended.
The food variety for breakfast was good, coffee was equally good as well. Although the place gets crowded with in-house guests, the staff are very attentive and accommodating.The only downside during our last visit was the amount of uninvited guests — flies! They were all over the place and nobody could explain why exactly there were so many flying around. We had to request our waiter to light a few tea light candles to avoid the pesky flying things from coming to our table.
By all means, it is the worst restaurant, the worst food, and the worst staff I have ever experienced.Don’t think about dining in there even if you were invited or got a complimentary coupon.One visit to this restaurant will wipe out all good memories of great restaurants that you have visited.
