Spectrum is the breakfast spot at Fairmont Ajman when you booked a half or full board with them and this is just a standard international breakfast buffet. To be honest, I expected alot more.The options for veg were very little, there were alot of repeat dishes like scrambled eggs and potatos. The staff were super helpful though and the coffee was brought quick. Re-stocking trays were also done very fast.
