It’s a really tough choice between 2 and a 3. if I could rate the service in minus, I would.I tried most of their zinger and burger menu items.Food quality: 7.5/10——maybe a 9 if you go for the Zinger clubService: 1/10——Extremely bad as I mentionedDelivery: 3/10——Would have been a 1 but they deliver 24 hours which is goodPrices: 8/10——Like any other cafeteriaNote: one time they didn’t feel like answering the phone so they answered and closed the call immediately. Keep that in mind.
We’d say the food is good. But that’s not what always matters..We ordered on a Thursday night. As the store claims, they are open 24 hours. We ordered through zomato at 12:40. We waited for Atleast 40 mins and called the restaurant. He told us the delivery guy had just left. Not only did the delivery guy give us missed calls and not call us back to ask for our location, he also was very rude.He was getting pissed off at us because he couldn’t understand the location. First of all, we were calling him back yet he was in such a rush after making us wait for 1 hour. We had to ask him to stay at the location where he was and went to pick it up ourselves.Very poor service. And not to mention, our food was cold. We had ordered a zinker burger and a chicken 65 burger. The fries were immensely soggy and the food was cold..It did taste good but very poor service. Train your staff, especially the delivery staff to know how to use locations provided on the app.We’ve ordered from other places and never faced issues like this..

Brought the order in time. Food was hot enough to enjoy. Nothing special taste wise its the same like all cafeterias offer. Do recommend if near to your home.
