Tea and chicken charcoal are there 5star rated item. Pocket friendly place to have tasty food. Much recommended place and they are open 24 hours
I love the taste of the food and it’s always fresh and delicious. I’d rate your food 4/5. But as much as I’m pleased with the food I’m thoroughly dissapointed by the delivery guys you’ve appointed. They have no manners whatsoever and have a very bad and unpleasant attitude. I order food from miznas on a regular basis and for just once I couldn’t pay 25 fils which was ofcourse tax because I didn’t have any coin at that moment. It happened 2 weeks back. But since then I’ve been paying regularly. Today I ordered food and was again 25 fils short. I wasn’t having coins. Me considering 25 fils, which is actually a small amount told the delivery guy that I’m short of a coin. The delivery guy quickly pounced at me saying that I do this all the time blah blah and as per my record I only did it once. I don’t mind them charging me extra the next time I pay because I’m not necessarily refusing to pay. I told him that I’m short of 25 fils at the moment and then he started being disrespectful. He said that if I don’t have money to pay then why do I even order food? And that’s blatantly disrespectful. He went on lying and kept accusing me and started lying that I have a due of 5 dhs because of my regular not being able to pay tax activity. And that’s totally false. I warned him to behave himself and to talk with manners as he was being disrespectful. I respect your business and as much as 25 fils is a small amount for me, I totally understand that when you’re running a business, every fils count. But when you run a business, manners and empathy are also a major factor which shouldn’t be neglected. So please take necessary action, I don’t know his name but that guy is small in height, maybe Pakistani and wears a cap. I hope you take necessary action. Thankyou.
This restaurant has bad service and unhealthy food. Delivery time is awful. It used to be good at deliveries but not anymore. Takes too much time to deliver half cooked cold food.
Tried Chicken Charcoal.Need to wait for 20 minutes but its worth it. Very Tasty . Coming with package of kuboos, hummus , Garlic Sauce , french fries and Pickles.Recommended.
