Biryani was super delicious. Kabab were good too. Best biryani in Ajman. Rider called me once to know the address and reached in time. Also gave instructions for the kitchen which was also followed well. Highly impressed. Well deserve 5 star. Please keep it up.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEI ordered Chicken Biryani. According to the system, it required 1 hour to deliver my food. I was very hungry but still waited patiently for my order to be delivered (despite knowing they are just 2 streets away). I was literally waiting beside my door and my doorbell works fine. When it’s more than 1hour I called them, She straightly said, why you are not opening the door, our delivery guy is waiting outside your door for more than 20 mins, I was shocked to know that, I replied, I am waiting beside my door and nobody is here, she kept arguing without even understanding that his delivery guy might be on the wrong address. when I asked where exactly he is, she answered the wrong address. when you have all the information with my address on zomato portal, why you went to a wrong address, check your system and send your guy on the correct address. I asked, what was the point of being arrogant and answer everything rudely, I was expecting an apology here. She said, this is the way we treat our customers. Well after few mins the delivery guy showed up, after inquiring I came to know that she is the OWNER and her name is Ambreen Khan.I asked for the receipt, he gave me a receipt which doesn’t have my address on it, he had the address handwritten on the other paper from the same lady. When I checked again, I notice the time on the receipt was not correct also. I was assuming she is re-using the receipt to save paper maybe, but I came to know, this is one way to not pay VAT (value added Tax) everytime on every order. Well, this is the job of authorities to find out.By the way Biryani was delicious. At least the chef is sincere with his job.

Ordered a Karachi chicken biryani with shami (Deal 1) and a Karachi chicken bun kebab. Delivery 5/5 – Very fast and professional.Food 4/5 – Bun Kabab was very delicious. Will be ordering it again in future. Biyani was also tasty but that typical Karachi taste was missing from it or perhaps after trying so many other biryanies, I’ve become a lil difficult to please ;). But overall the quantity was more than enough and the chicken pieces very well cooked. So must try it once. This was my first time ordering from this place and the overall experiance was very good. Prices are fair and not very expensive, food is tasty and the service is quick. I will be next trying Balochi Tikka from this restaurant, especially after reading the comments on this page, so will let you know how that experience goes. Good job B4 Biryani Team!
