Pizza hut cancelled my order twice cause I used pay by card option which mean i will enjoy 20 AED discount on my 100 dirhams order. zomato rep told me each time that pizza hut facing technical problem and cant see my order I ordered third time 1 minute after my second order was cancelled that if i chose cash delivery which means i will not have 20 AED discount Pizza Hut will accept my order. And they did accept my order. I cancelled the order and Zomato rep wanted to lure me with 20 dirhams zomato credit. I have 160 AED deducted from my card and 90 minutes wasted just to prove Pizza Hut and Zomato are having false promotions and are not honest with the clients. Worst experience ever. I have all the chat screen shot. Unbelievable and untrained staff.

This is the worst restaurant ever!!! I placed an order with my visa card on their website and the website said your order has not been placed yet i was charged. I called them for many days asking for refund and each time they would just put me on hold and then hang up on me. When i finally got angry at one of the agents, they said they had no such record in their system. Money hungry people.
My one and. Only second home you can say is Pizza Hut I love all flavor salad pasta desert sweet every thing about Pizza Hut but my fav is super supreme but my kids like margarita

Food was over an hour late. Normally food is delivered quite fast and food still warm. Not too sure what the problem was this time. Hopefully my next order will be better received.
I’ve been visiting this place since it first opened and until now I haven’t experienced any kind of dissatisfaction! The pizza’s always great and staff is mostly nice. However it’s quite busy during the weekends and you might have to wait to get your table!
