I am always there because my wife like the place and they have nice food nice shisha , and quite not too crowded good for conversation, however the manager is totally rude and arrogant , we ordered the shisha immediately we arrive because we know what we like , i didnt even open the menu and he was like : what are these customer only shisha no drinks or food , i heard him and i was planning to order drinks and finger food but i didnt even check the menu , even we order shisha and water ( which we didnt ) he has no right to be this rude

Ordered a lemon mint juice that was supposed to be cold, but i received it warm.. the place was hot and we were sweating even though we were sitting in front of the AC. They must enhance their cooling system.
