There is something called table charge, which is hidden and made by billing a 1 AED water bottle for 5AED.We were a usual visitors when it was FAME cafe.Will make sure not to go there anymore in FM cafe.Shisha price hiked to 42AED which is inflated compared to nearby places.

We visited fame cafe as a group of 6 people. We ordered shisha (lemon mint and paan flavor) which was served around 15 minutes after ordering. The shisha flavors were very light and got over very fast too. The service was quite slow and there wasn’t any proper communication between us and the staff as we couldn’t understand each other. The temperature of the room was quite hot and when we told him to decrease the AC temperature he couldn’t understand us. We ordered some food (cheese manakish and French fries), and it was good. Later when we asked the staff for the bill he added the charges of 5 water bottles which he had previously kept on the table after we arrived. We had only used one of those water bottles and the other 4 were unopened, so we asked him why these charges were added when we didn’t even open or use the water bottles. The staff couldn’t understand us properly, so we asked to speak with the manager. The manager told us that the water bottles were considered as the table charges and that’s why it’s added to the bill. We argued with them and told them that this information was neither told to us by the staff nor was it mentioned on the menu. We were quite dissatisfied with the service of the staff and their unnecessary addition of extra charges to the bill without even informing us about it beforehand.
Poor service, unconcerned staff and manager !! We ordered food. A few minutes later one of the waiter start the fight with costomer and they hit out each other . Like 20 minutes later food runner bring to food and he put the food somewhere else . Like 15 minutes later waiter is tryed the service this food to us . I told them ı never take that food coz ıts waiting there gor a 15 minutes and ı called the manager . He didnt come . And ı called him again and he didnt come . İn 3 th time he came to table and he told us ı ordered the new food for you it will ready 5 minutes later . I told him ı dont want anymore coz its already have been 1 hour . 5 minutes later he bring the food . We didnt want . But that time he started the push us for the take food . We feel really uncomfortable . They have to change their staff and management . I didnt see that kind of thinks before !!! This is really disgusting !!!
فقط أريد أن أخبركم بأن المسؤولين التنفيذيين يعرفون أن هذا واحد من أكثر الأماكن إثارة للاشمئزاز والأغبياء. السبب في ذلك ، اسمحوا لي أن أبدأ من البداية لي وعدد قليل من الأصدقاء عندما لشيشة أمرنا اثنين من الأواني الشيشة وأطرف شيء عندما جاء مشروع القانون أنهم ، يعني مدير السيد Usri اتهمنا بقوة 4 زجاجات من المياه التي كانت 5 درهم لكل فقط لأننا لم نطلب أي من المشروبات الخاصة بهم في القائمة. حسناً ، عندما سألنا عن سبب اتهامنا بالماء ، أخبرنا أن هذا هو الطريقة التي ندير بها المقهى إذا لم يأمر العميل بأي مشروبات سنقوم بتحصيلها مع 4 زجاجات من الماء على الأقل ، أعني أي نوع من القواعد هو ذلك لم نطلب الماء أبداً. هذه هي التجربة الأسوأ التي قمت بها ، وأنا أوصى لا أحد أن يذهب ويضيع وقتك أو المال في هذا المقهى. الإدارة فظ وإساءة ، لا رعاية العملاء على الإطلاق وإذا كان لي خيار لتقليل لهم أنا حقا أن تفعل ذلك أيضا. مخيبة للآمال جدا. هذا الأمر لا يتعلق بالمال ، ولكن يجب أن يتم إبلاغ العميل قبل أن يكون هذا هو القاعدة.
Worst Place ever. NEVER GO THERE. HORRIBLE TREATMENT. RACISTS.We ordered for 2 shishas and they charged us 21 DHS because we didn’t order any beverages from them. Standard charges. Like what the hell is that?Horrible staff. Everyones arrogant.Never go there. Waste of money.
Hey just want to let you zomato executives know that this is one of the most disgusting and stupid place I’ve been to. Reason being, let me start From the start me and few friends when for sheesha we ordered two of the sheesha pots and the funniest thing is when the bill came they, I mean the manager Mr. Usri forcefully charged us 4 bottles of water which was 5 AED each just because we did not order any of their beverages on the menu. Well when asked the reason to why the water was charged he told us this is how we run the cafe if the customer doesn’t order any beverages we will charge them with minimum 4 bottles of water, I mean what kind of rule is this because we never ordered water. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD, I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS CAFE. The management is so rude and abusive, no customer care at all and if I had an option to under rate them I really would do that too. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This is completely not about the money but the customer has to be informed prior that this is the RULE THE CAFE HAS.
