Went slummin in ajman and came across this Great place with great food, ordered the livers the fool (beans) hommos (don’t mean gay, I meant hummus or hommos) mosabaha (another variety of hummus) and shakshooka (tomatoes and eggs and mofareki (potatos and eggs). Everything was great, the bread was good (they appear to bake their own bread). Loved the place really authentic feel to it, the owner prepared the food for us, gave us a complimentary dish. The place is hidden though and if I didn’t have a friend of a friend who knows a friend tell me about it I wouldn’t know. It doesn’t matter who we are, what matters is our plan
