  Got the delivery on time and the food was good , delivered hot and delicious . It is definitely advisable to those who like madhbi. I felt that the quantity they delivered was excess for a person to dine

  Zurbian.Regulars at Mandi houses swear by this dish over the traditional Mandi’s and Madhbi’s, many just skip over it and ignore its existence. But the true foodies know and value this dish; a creation of Hyderabadi influence over decades of trade and cultural influence over Yemen and vice versa, Zurbian is the Yemeni take on the Hyderabadi (Deccan) biryani. A perfect blend of Arabic spices with subtle notes of Deccan flavors.An introduction as above for a easily skippable mandi restaurant like Nouman, might sound odd to start off a review, but there is a reason for this.. In recent years with many customer favorite Mandi houses are run (Over) (Sic)by Indian managements and Zurbian is an excuse for them to over spice and kill the simple mandi making it colorful, oily and a total mess at times, but the customers seem to enjoy this claiming these versions to be authentic. Nouman al mandi have always been skipped by me, mainly due to its subtle existence on a roadside in Ajman highway and plain jane interiors, I did take a Mandi take away once and it wasn’t great to review about, but few days ago I had stopped by to dine in and most customers around me seem to be having this Indian Deccan biryani sort of dish and more importantly I was greeted by this authentic smell of rice preparation I have come across many Emirati households and across some of my Yemeni friends’ homes.. I decidedly went ahead and ordered the Zurbian (meat and chicken as well, had friends with me). The flavors subtle, nothing overpowering, colorful or better least amount of oil and fats mixed in. This was just good old Zurbian with a homely feel and flavors, the meats were fall apart tender, the spices smooth and wonderfully blending with the rice. This was definitely one of the best Zurbians I have had across UAE; am not ignoring the existence of better and more authentic versions that may exist, but if you want some real homely flavor and something close to the real thing, this is your place, and it’s not just me on my last two visits the place was busy for lunch and most of the customers came in exclusively for this dish here. Except basic service and basic interiors, none of the fancy Mandi house essentials here, just a clean to the point place.Highly recommended for the Zurbian and an average place for the rest of the dishes.

  We ordered Harees. Which was burnt and the burnt pieces were mixed into the Harees. It was a huge portion we ordered. Felt so bad that all has to go into waste.

  Good food, good portion. The meat fresh and i guess it is prepared daily. Sometimes the parking is an issue but you can park after the petrol station

  Ate multiple times in the restaurant. Great rice and meat. Multiple options available and the sea food is amazing. Looking forward for more options like Zorbianاكل ممتاز، مندي، مظبي واكلات بحرية محترمةاتمنى اضافة مزيد من الوجبات مثلا زربيان او وجبات جديدة
