Zero customer service and delivery timelines not valued. We were told a standard delivery of 60 minutes. After 90 minutes to the order, we called in to ask the status. They said they’ll call back. I ended up writing this review after 30 minutes of a promised call back.
Once i ordered chicken charcoal and they delivered after long waiting, I noticed the garlic paste they given is very less, not even quarter of the small cup. I called the restaurant to check if they send by mistake and they replied very rude as if they give it for free. They said they will decide wat quantity to give. As i paid 26AED for half chicken charcoal i have all the right to ask. This is not the first time experience from this restaurant. They treat their customers really bad and give no respect. So better to avoid ordering from this rude restaurant.
The worst among all in barsha. Charcoal dont even think to order. Service is worst. One who wearing round specs dont know how to deliver services. Dont know how to talk. No one is experienced. Captain who roaming thr not even look into customers. A shop with no leader. To get a tea seems like winning big ticket. Food “erachi chor” is fine. Food quality/taste not reaching the quoted price
Unprofessional, low class restaurant , i ordered , 2 hours and half later the driver telling me i cant find location cancel , restaurant doesnt speak arabic or english , i will never order from them again
