I had to experience Al Dahhan because it was good back in Cairo, but unfortunately it was bad experience. I drop by for a pick up order, resturant was clean but no customers, I spent some time to understand the menu as it is not standard, and compared to quantity it was averagely little bit above price. Food did not take time to get ready, and before I leave I asked twice the cashier to double check if my order was complete, and he confirmed with yes. Anyways I got home, food was bad quality, very oily, cold and not taste was all not ok. And a surprise that my main order was missing, so I called the resturant to have a very cold sorry, that they forget to pack it, they kindly offered there home delivery service in 15 mints, and I had to wait 1 hour for a cold order. I respect the resturant team, but honestly was very bad experience I will never repeat. I advice them to work on food quality.
