The worst place to go and have food. Poor service. Food order takes 45mins to 1 hour, also cold and not fresh. We ordered a pizza which took 1 hour to come and when it came it was cold. They took it back to get it hot or make it fresh but didn’t get it for another 15-20mins so I cancelled the order and they didn’t even bother to do anything about the food prder. Shisha was not good too. It was hurting the throat. Will never go again. Very bad place to visit. 1 star rating.

Ora Shisha Lounge Bar is renovated. Its with a completely new look and experience. Have a newly built air conditioned tent, will be good to sit and relax if its cold at the open terrace. large screens showing live sports matches. They also have a billiards table. The new promotion AED 69 for Shisha and barbecue Plate is very popular.The best part is the menu price of alcohol beverages, very low price compared to other 4 str hotels. Good news for Zomato Gold Card holders.it will be a very nice experience to visit Ora now.
One of the few places in Barsha which serve Alcohol as well as Shisha. Not the best place for summers since they do not have indoor seating for shisha. The coolers are just about sufficient to keep you comfortable for a couple of hours later in the evening.The drinks are pretty average and so was the shisha.
Even though the ambience is pretty good and so is the service they could perhaps make it little more upbeat with better lighting since it does get a tad too dark. Sheesha is very nice eapecially water melon mint and servers are very polite
Very disappointing experience. Dull ambience, slow service, the cocktails we ordered were served in very small glasses, felt like they serve lower quality and quantity when you quote Zomato Gold. Food was mediocre and finally were overcharged. Rates displayed on Zomato menu were not updated and Manager Herman, was unwilling to accept responsibility for not ensuring the online menu was the latest instead argued with us adding to the already miserable experience. Would never dream of, or make the mistake of recommending this place to any one.
The menu was different than those of the ones provided by the lounge.No music at all.Staff tried to over charge me even upon presenting Zomato gold. I had only one drink one was for free. Instead he tried charging me for 2 drinks as I was tipsy, so be aware and careful with the Check.
