Ordered a pad thai for take away. Anna the server handed me over my pad thai in a take away container without a plastic or a bag. She told me that they dont have a take away plastic to put my order so i should just carry it by hand. Considering that the food is hot, i told her its impossible for me to carry it with bare hands. She then went and looked for a bag. She came back after 2 mins saying she couldnt find one. I then told her that how could i carry it in a hot container without a plastic. It is the restaurants responsibility to provide a plastic for take away orders. She then left and came back with a duty free plastic bag and placed the pad thai upside down that the order will eventually spill. I dont want to waste my time telling her what to do so i approached Jerald, who claims he is the manager on duty. As i was explaining to him that they should be providing a plastic bag for take away, he, in a very rude and sarcastic way told me that i should have my own plastic bag to place my take away since iam an airport staff and i should know that. What on earth is he telling me? This is not the first time i ordered from their restaurant ang his explanation is not acceptable at all. He is never apologetic nor have given any inch of a better explanation. He even challenged me not to even come back and order on their restaurant. It is a shame having an employee like him as he never showed any decent customer service. The restaurant is at fault of not delivering the service the customer expects, he has no right to brag nor be sarcastic of the situation.
