Great taste. Loved the Kebabs. Serve nice portion of biryani.
We tried the special chicken biryani along with chicken kathi roll and virgin mohito. The biryani was served with egg and potatoes and big pieces of tandoori chicken. The kathi roll was also served with nice big chicken fillings.
Kolkata’s most famous biryani joint which is located in Karama, got beautiful interior and great service. I really liked their starters, though the roti wasn’t what it’s supposed to be. Their Biryani was liked by my family and friends but I’m not a big fan of it.Overall a good experience but the roti of the restaurant literally let down the whole experience for me.
They do make some amazing rolls although I would’ve liked mine to be with a bit more of the mustard taste being a Calcutta restaurant. The egg paneer roll was good otherwise. And better half liked his double chicken roll as well. The highlight though was the egg biryani. The very subtle flavours of the whole masalas and the perfectly cooked potato. This was definitely a thumbs up winner. Very spacious and very kind staff
Had dinner at Arsalan with my friends. It’s a big place but relatively empty on a Saturday night. We tried the Arsalan special Chicken kebabs and Chicken Hara Bhara kebab, both were very good.Heard a lot about their biryanis so tried both their Chicken & Mutton special biryanis. I should say both were pretty satisfactory. The taste was pretty nice but the quality was a bit less as there were only 3 pieces of mutton in their special mutton Biryani which costs Dhs45 so I would say that’s way less value for price. Other than that everything was nice.Service was fine.
After reading a lot of great reviews about this chain of restaurant from Kolkata I was very eager to visit their branch in Karama. It’s a well lit place with a nice ambience.I wanted to try their rolls which was highly recommended by many reviewers.I tried Special mutton kheema egg roll. It was nice and juicy. I would surely come back to try other delicacies on their menu.Note: The service is very slow and it takes a lot of time for the bill to arrive.
