I waited for 1.5 hours for my food Pancit Bihon to arrive. The restaurant did not have its own driver and I called them many times only to hear their excuses. Seriously 1.5 hours is the distance from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and even less time.Totally unprofessional.

I’ve ordered isaw last night and when i received my order it was Raw it’s uncooked it’s really not delicious. I will never order again To casa pinoy !! Very worst service ever some of isaw get burn and there has no ketchup put on that isaw for garnish or whatever. it’s rally uncooked!!
Ordered for a Value Meal (Palabok with fried chicken (1 pc.) and soft beverage and Filipino Meal (1 viand + rice). The Palabok seems to be just a vermicelli noodles with food coloring. Bland or flavorless. 1 piece chicken end up with chicken breast chunks coated with breading. And soft drink was not in the order when we received the order. We requested for change for AED 200 as the bill is AED 41.15 and we really got a change in AED 5’s. Brilliant!
I ordered bistek tagalog but they used chicken instead of beef as the main ingredient. They could have just called and advise that the dish is not available but no call received from them.
Ordered at 1:09 pm, its 3:08 now and haven’t received yet.
I order the sizling chicken. They sent me a cup of plain rice and a piece of bone with some fat on it. Worst thing I have ever had. I thought that was a joke. I threw it in the garbage directly. I need my money back
