My order was late by 1 hour.When i called the restaurant they said that the guy has left for the delivery and is stuck with some other delivery. I asked them for the delivery boy’s number that they didn’t give.so the delivery boy comes after 1 hour, to whom i asked that why he was so late ? to which he replies that i have come within 10 mins, so i thought to let him go as it’s rainy and he might have been stuck.What was odd that biryani was freaking hot when i got the plastic bowl of biryani out of the polythene.Which means what, they forgot my order for freaking 1:30 hours and then they realised their mistake and sent the delivery boy with hot biryani for which they were giving an excuse of bein late because of rainy season. Moreover i added the note of adding masala to the biryani, which they usually add, but this time it was not there.I am never gonna order from this place again as they lie to the customers instead of telling them the exact situation.I usually understand the situation as the delivery boy might be delivering multiple orders, but they are using it as a cover to hide their mistake of not preparing the order on time.This isn’t how you achieve customer satisfaction guys.Do take your customers seriously.

I ordered their chicken schezwan fried rice which did not taste like fried rice no schezwan in it and the best part when the delivery guy came to deliver the fried rice he told me there is less schezwan sauce added so if I want more schezwan sauce he said he will take it back n add more schezwan sauce, huh!! I was like what?? ROLF I though they would give me schezwan sauce,chili vinegar and soya sauce which normally comes when we order Chinese but guess what they gave me tomato ketchup ROFL!! Lol (see pics I have attached) never order I did not enjoy my dinner but had a good laugh that filed my stomach
