The food is so pure and tasty especially their almond halwa, small jaggery, murukku etc. Its a family run business and the food is authentic. I will definitely recommend this place to try.
A great place to pick authentic South Indian Savories and sweets made in the traditional way to ensure no compromise on the taste. Badam Halwa is their signature dish, awesome. Excellent service. Also started serving special festival packs, based on the occasion.
A delayed review but highly due.My first visit to this lovely place was during Diwali. I met the couple who started this place & the passion & pride they have in their place is truly justified. I had purchased some savouries like types of Murrukus, pakoda etc , idli chutney powder ( mulaga pudi)& their 5 star item- Badam halwa.The savouries were crispy and yummy. The badam halwa was rich, gooey and decadent. It was so flavourful with right amount of ghee & saffron. All our guests enjoyed the halwa and was polished off in no time.After setting such a high bar, the mulaga pudi was a little disappointing in terms of texture and flavour. Will I go back to Mondy Cheer- most definitely YES !
