I think sthan need to have much more variety to the menu in terms of choices in vegetarian and non vegetarian items from Pakistan, India and Afghanistan and if needed they can seek specific feedback from the customers
Another great find of a restaurant in Dubai. This place is owned by our very own Sania mirza and Shoaib Malik. The place speaks of a menu fused between India and Pakistan and all the dishes are fused into a delectable menu.Ample seating, space upstairs as well, host greets you at the entrance and the waiters are very table quick. Our order came in less than 15 minutes.I kept on reading the menu and kept wondering how many visits to make before trying all the rather appealing dishes and many of them unheard even after me being a foodie. We were 2 adults and started with Rumali roti in starters, which is a fused grand masal papad version with a twist, it lasted for a good time. Accompanied this with goti thumbs up soda, which I had nearly after 18 years, great to see the marble on the neck of the bottle.Another unforgettable dish was the kurkuri Bhindi amazingly crispy and yet another twist to the innocent Bhindi, and is more of a starter and never ever had such a version before.Main course was Sindhi chicken biryani served in an earthen pot, nice taste and well done, chicken could have been better, but the rice was very delicately fused with proper blend of spices, not too much, not too little, the perfect amount makes the right biryani and it definitely enthuses the appetite.Hardly had space for dessert, but still tried the rabri jalebi, fabulously mingled our senses and quenched our sweet tooth. Can’t wait to visit again to try the dhaba da murgh, dalcha, which I remember having in mumbra decades back, champ, hyderabad Haleem muzzafar in dessert and many more other dishes.Definitely a tummy treat find.
I was invited here for a family dinner. I’ve been hearing great reviews about this place but couldn’t get a chance to go. I was pretty excited. The ambiance is pretty cool as the decor has a little touch of my country, Pakistan and India. All the food that was ordered was extraordinary! The Raan Irani was my absolute fav! So tender and full of flavor. The Murg Biryani and the Rara Gosht was quite delicious too. The two desserts we ordered – the presentation was amazing and tasted even more amazing. The ice cream sandwiches were a super hit on the table. I highly recommend this place as you won’t leave disappointed. alldatglittersaintgold.wordpress.com
