Not the most photogenic cuisine ever but I tried Ethiopian food for the first time and it turned out to be nice and full of goodness chickpeas, lentils, beans, spinach, spicy potatoes and ———- injera which is their dosa like bread——–.Its actually a spread thali. The convenience of eating having everything in one bigggg plate was tastefully osummmm. The taste was typical indian masala powedered into african namesake. Its just like a bengal tiger visiting the african wildlife..
