delivery is slow. Sorry just making my honest review. The food is great but I am disappointed with their delivery it takes so much time. Most of my orders an hour and a half before I got it.
After 8 calls to the restaurant, it took them more than 2 hrs to deliver my food considering I live just around the area. Tried most of the online food deliveries here in Dubai and this is the worst. Do not believe when they say they will deliver in 30-40 mins. I hope they do not accept orders if they will not be able to deliver on time.
It says in Zomato that Andoks Satwa deliver in 30-40 mins considering that I live just around DIFC area. I ordered around 850pm. Followed up around 930pm since I havent heard from the delivery man. They told me that it will be delivered after 2 hrs since they only have 1 delivery man. Sadly, they told me that it is not their fault since they have already informed Zomato about it. Worst food delivery experience. Will never try this restaurant again.
Inaamag na po ang bangus ninyo pero sineserve ninyo pa.. buti na lang at kusinero ang mister ko.. First nakakain na ako kasi hindi naman ako aware sa lasa kung inaamag ba o hindi.. Sana aware naman ang mga nasa kusina kung bulok na at pinupush pa ng mga waitress sa resto ninyo ( Satwa Branch) ..paano pala ang ibang nakakain na hindi aware sa lasa.. ang sabi ng manager galing daw sa delivery.. pwede na po masara ang resto kapag ganyan bakit pa irereceived ng taga kusina kung critical na ang bangus kung galing sa delivery.. may kapabayaan po ang mga tao sa loob na kinunsinti naman ng mga taga dining staff.. Sorry po pero hindi dapat pinabayad sa amin pero un pinabayad pa din .. hindi tama yan pwede ikamatay yan ng tao once na mahina ang tiyan food poison ang dating .. Ung promo yan nila ng monday (march 18) sinigang na bangus may chicken i don’t remember na .. iba na kulay ng bangus alam na alam yan ng mga tao jan kasi pagkagat ko palang nakatingin at ng ask na ang babae buti kakaunti palang nakain ko at niluwa ko kaagad..
