I had stayed at the Citymax Hotel, Bur, Dubai during my visit. This was the place where I had my breakfast. A good combination of Indian, Continental and English breakfast. There was a good variety of Idlis, upmas, sheeras, ham, cheese, sausages, bacon, eggs to order etc etc.During my next visit, I’ll definitely stay here again, just to enjoy breakfast.

If your looking for a healthy International buffet then I would recommend this restaurant. My personal favorite was the baked fish, spagetti and the salad spread. The buffet pricing is easy on the pocket so if you looking for a family get together then this place can be considered as one of your options. The complimentary cake for my dads bday was a sweet gesture by City Cafe!
I have visited City cafe for dinner and their buffet is priced very economical. AED 55 per person for food only. The buffet has a bread basket, soup, salads and some starers in chicken and vegetarian as well. For the main course the dishes are very limited and their veg options are great in the main course. The desserts were great and the ice cream options are good. They also have the Arabic desserts like Umm ali. They have a good seating ambience and the staff are friendly and helpful. aboutfood.ae
Visted once for company’s get together. It has good option for gatherings. Food with good taste and bar option makes it good place to enjoy.
The manager Shiv was a very polite and nice person. He personally took care of my requests and also guided me the best places to visit Dubai. I was really impressed with his courtesy and he truly made his cafe a happening place to visit.
We stayed in citymax hotel during our stay in Dubai.The mornings were wonderful thanks to their breakfast although the varieties were less compared to what one would expect from a hotel. Sausages were excellent everyday, dessert were good, coffee was good. You will enjoy it.
