It’s really nice to have proper Sri Lankan food in Mixology. Recently, they started Sri Lankan cuisine over there. Food is delicious & staff’s are really friendly. There’s a good Sri Lankan band playing everyday where you can enjoy the Sri Lankan songs. I would suggest the hotel management to add Sri Lankan dishes in to their pictures along with the menu.
The rates mentioned on Zomato is different from the menu in the restobar. Place is quite good and staff & service is decent as well. However, the drinks rates are miss leading.
Good to start the evening over a few pitchers of inexpensively priced beers. Prices don’t hurt the wallet and you leave happy. The place is not much but certainly gives your money’s worth. –A drop of ink may make a million think. @AyaashPaw pawanmanghnani.com
I’ve been visiting Mixology for the better part of two years now, and here’s the break down. Ambiance – Great, if you want to have a conversation with friends over drinks. Terrible, if you’ve actually come here looking for a party. Drinks – Standard, if anything it’s cheaper than it’s neighboring competitors. A tower of Hoegaarden beer is priced at AED 180! YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. Food – It might come as a shocker, but this place has got one of THE best butter chicken’ I’ve tried in Dubai. (I shit you not, go try it out) Everything else I’ve tried on the menu is decent too. However, the South Indian dishes aren’t spicy enough, in my opinion. BONUS – The pool table is free to use on weekdays. The staff is super friendly. Ample parking.
