We as group of friends went to this place and Ordered Chicken Grilled And Chicken Shwarama Combo And after ordering I asked the Waiter that am Having ADCB bank Card for Discount. After having our Meal I asked fro Discount on Bill. He lie to me and said No Discount. I went to Manager and ask for Discount and manager said u must have told me in the beginning and I said that already informed. Inspite of that that waiter is not accepting the mistake.So very bad And unmannered staff who doesn’t understand, having bad attitude and lie to customer. Please improve orelse many people will complain about that bad and rude attitude.
Delivery experience is terrible, it’s been an hour since I placed my order and when I called to check on the food they have informed me that the driver still needs 10 mins to leave the restaurant and their excuse was that they don’t have internet!! Then why on earth they are open for online orders???
