  Been there with a group of friends. Love the Majlis seating that was spacious and comfortable for around 17 of us. Alcohol and food is reasonably priced. However the Chilli Chicken was not well cooked and was difficult to eat. The staff were polite and friendly. The DJ came in only later when it was time for us to leave. I think this place needs to get a little more organized and I’m sure it will be a good place to go to.

  We went for a thursday evening, the place was dead empty. Drinks unavailable. Staff okay. Music good. Food good. Shisha okay. But no crowd. Very dark, no lights.

  We visited this place while it was under renovation and probably why wasnt able to enjoy it to the fullest. Even though it was expected to open at 8PM , we were seated but unable to place an order until a little before 9PM. The person guiding us was really helpful and friendly amd the food and shisha were good too. However , i still believe it is not a value for money place as the charges are pretty high for an overall average experience.

  Great place to spend your evening with groups of friends or just with your special one..Lovely ambience , good shisha,Excellent service and good pool side view.. they always do super deals on drinks and shisha.My top reason to always visit this place is the friendly staffs(special mention to the manager) who will always make you comfortable ,accommodate you even on the busiest day, suggest good option from the menu and always ready to take special requests. I will definitely be going back and recommend this place to others too..

  Pathetic management.Been there last night. Had Shisha and first drink.Once first drink ended we asked for another drink from the guy with tattoo on the arm Who was passing by, after 15 minutes asked some other staff and still another 15 minutes nothing. I went to the bar by myself and asked the guy with tattoo on arm that it’s 30 mint and I did not get my drink which were ordered, he replied as you can see we are busy that’s why. I replied it doesn’t take 30 minutes any where in dubai for a repeat drink and he replied it can take 30 minutes no problem. Seriously.I asked him may I know your name and I got the answer that I am the manager here ”bomind”And he told to bartender make this drink and After all this conversation i got my drink in next 10 seconds.Now the issue is that excuse were used by manager for delaying drinks order that “we are busy” I think that place should be busy every single night and that should be the goal not an excuse.Secondly, i don’t know where in this world they have been taught that drink can take up to 30 minutes and they can try to convince the guest by force that 30 minutes are ok, when all the restaurants in dubai has only 3 minutes drinks service standard.Lastly, yes you are manager so you have to remember that you can’t treat your guests like you are treating your staff instead of listening and solving the issue and not to give useless excuses.My suggestion is top management should keep sending mystery guest time to time to see how the management of sky garden deals with complaints and problems of guests.
