  a small cafeteria which serves a decent sized decent taste shawarma and fresh juices, located in centre of residential buildings in a part of rigga.we often go there for evening snack specially shawarma.though it is very small with poorly cleaned tables and with a rude guy serving the people around we still visit this place because this is in the next to next building and we are lazy to go far.tea served is good.

  Dear Team, Yesterday I had visited one of the cafeteria in AlRigga named Al Riqqa Falcon Cafeteria opposite Grand Central Hotel. I had asked the staff over there to give me two shawarma( spicy ) one for me and one for my girlfriend. I was in the cafeteria by around 10:00 p.m and while ordering the shawarma when I mentioned extra spicy to the staff, he went and told the person making shawarma add lots of chilly powder and make it extra spicy with a crooked smile. The staff talked in his regional language (Malayalam)infront of us to the staff making shawarma thinking I won’t understand the language. But, me being from the same country of his understood his sly behavior but he did not realize that I understood his dirty behavior until when I stood up and asked him to bring chilly powder for the shawarma. His face went fully down. I asked him wether they put lots of chilly powder when a customer asks for extra spicy and he did not have anything to say. The next incident was worse the guy at the shawarma cutting point barged and argued with me knowing that I caught their act and I told them that they are wrong and to admit it. But still he kept arguing to me very rudely and at last even the person at the counter took their side none of them apolozing for their mistake all were arguing at me. I was humiliated in front of my girlfriend very badly. They were all ill mannered and used very rude language to me.Firstly they talked in their regional language, then they say slowly to each other put chilli powder fully in their shawarma and make extra spicy, cockroach on the wall and finally after all the mistake not apologising and telling my girlfriend and me to get out of their space. Kindly consider this mail. It is my humble request to you please. Please feel free to contact me. I really need you to take action on such kind of people who are ready to kill people with adding chilly powder to their shawarma. I am brought up in U.A.E and from the time I am in this country and that too on the 47th National Day I had to face such a bad situation in my life by these crooks. Hope you will do the needful with immediate action.

  Good schwarma. No complaints. I’d come back. Behind the Hyatt Place hotel in Deira near the clock tower. Quick service too. Very small inside.

  I have my shop next to this place so just decided to munch during evening time . Ordered for Chicken Shawarma & Banana Shake . It took nearly five mins for them to prepare and serve it to me . Was surprisingly not bad at all in fact I enjoyed it very much , the shawarma had sufficient amount of chicken and salad and it was well prepared , even the shake was extremely cold and it was like a thirst quencher during this heat . Staff are decent at this place and the Ambience is extremely poor .
