Aquarium lounge is tiny kiosk in lobby area of the hotel.we had their black forest cake.it was just satisfactory.the berry filling gives a strong sour taste.chocolate was food.cake was bit dry.cream filling was ok.overall i rate it 3/5.they also have other cakes if anyone would wanna try it.but more reviews on their chocolate flavours.we bought through cobone deal for 90 dhs.
Picked up a rum cake for a friend’s birthday. Didn’t quite know what to expect. It was one of the very best cakes I have ever had. Chocolate icing with a fruits cake and possibly rum. Yummy. AED 130 for 1 kg cake seemed to be on par. Ambience was a bit shabby like the rest of the hotel. Service was pretty matter of fact and lacked warmth. But that was symptomatic of this hotel in general.
Cheesecake here sooooo yummy! No wonder 2-3x/month my family orders! In every family occasion, friends’ birthdays, gatherings, always i have this cheesecake on hand!
