One of worst i had Triple rice from here.. this is not Bombay taste for sure ,,, i dont know how restaurant running . seriously very bad experience.
If there was an option for 0 I would have definitely given it as one Thursday night we ordered their Chicken charcoal pepper we ordered at 7:15 and they told us 45 minutes we said ok but when 1 hour passed we called the restaurant and they said the man is on his way and when after 45 mins we called again so he started yelling at me that it’s weekend and the traffic is a lot u should be patient till date till now it didn’t come pathetic restaurant
This restaurant is located in the vicinity of my friend’s place and she usually order from this restaurant especially when we visit her place. From all the food we order the best which all of us enjoy is the chicken charcoal. Its very flavourful and tasty.Food usually arrives ontime. Food was bit oily but was good.
Food is delicious always just take more time for delivery. The best dish from this place is Mutton/ chicken Rogan gosh. Always recommended food from this place. Make sure you r not in hurry as it takes time for delivery.
With all due respect I wanted to state that this restaurant took almost 3hrs to deliver a full charcoal chicken v ordered at 9.25pm on 2 May. Wen I called th restaurant they r justifying that they had large number of orders to attend hence this delay. This is how you treat a zomato customer or coz u have opted a promotion so u can take th customer for a ride.
Not good service online orders and don’t think about customer. I ordered food after an hour or so I get call from them we don’t hv why you hv not informed earlier bad service very bad
