Visited this place during lunch time . Place was super crowded around 2 pm . Ambience was poor and the server came after 5 mins to our table and then we decided to place an order for Dal , Raita & Tandoori Roti . Food was served within 5 mins . Dal & the raita combination at this place was excellent . I felt after ages I had good dal outside my home , So give it a try u won’t be dissapointed .
Pakistani cum Indian restaurant located in industrial area parking is a issue and food is highly oily tried the chicken biryani and some snacks food is moderate there is a separate Kabab area for night time activities
They say and now I say that too, to get the best of delicacies one has to look beyond the ambience, cleanliness and the look factor of any restaurant.City Pearl is one of those shabby, shady, unclean joints that promise lip smacking down to earth good food. The Chana Dal was my favorite of the lot, fresh, no oily stuff but fantastic on taste, the look of it speaks volumes on taste. The chicken kadahi was another dish that was as good as I could have it in an upbeat restaurant, it had a more street food taste to it, nothing rich about the dish but the gravy was lip smacking and so was the very well done chicken.I am not a fan of Pakistani Roti’s but this was the best I’ve had till date, thin, crisp and king size and all the parts of the roti were evenly tandoor cooked.I am definitely coming back for more. AED 18 for two adults was far damn reasonable for what food stuff you get on plate. If it was just for the food it would have been 4.25
