The worst delivery in U.A.E. If you want to order from them, please order 2 hours in advance. It’s really shame & sad to know that the service of more than 15 years old restaurant in Dubai is going bad to worst. This is not the place to have real Sri Lankan cuisine.
When things go wrong everything will go wrong one after one. I guess that is life. Food arrived 1 and half hour late even I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant and sent me spicy me for my kids after specifically mentioned don’t do it. And I end-up cooking food for them. Also food was bad not like I expected Sri lankan experience.
Food is fine. The staff was rude to me even it was my first visit. They looked at me like I was the hotspot of the world and they solid eat me. Srysly!! Because of the staff I will not try this outlet ever again.
This place in Dubai reminded me of my trip to srilanka. Its the most authentic srilankan restaurant in Dubai. I totally loved the service here.
Really bad customer service from the restaurant manager himself! Disappointed. Food is good but seems like proper training is required to the manager to cater the standards of the service industry!
I ordered a Malaysian nasi goreng, which was all right but extremely spicy.I specifically requested for the egg to be fully cooked as I can’t eat runny eggs. Even got Zomato to call the restaurant to confirm this with the restaurant. I still received the rice with egg yolk dripping on it, so ended up having to remove that entire section of rice with the egg.They also didn’t send any cutlery which was inconvenient.
