I visited this french stylish restaurant recently after a medical sponsored event in the Habtoor palace hotel. The entrance and the floor is classical continental with gilded ornated huge doors and stylish chairs and tables. Very airy rooms with large windows and glossy glasses. Numerous artistic artifacts and busts all around gives a regal impression.It was a buffet event. The main courses were limited, but the salads and desserts were of profuse and various quantity.Cauliflower soup was an interesting idea and tastwd quite nice.The salmon was of excellent quality and the vegetables. The grilled meat were okayish.I tried some the arabic salads and cottage cheese. They were top class.The chef personally was encouraging the diners to try the different desserts. I liked the bread pudding and date pudding. There were many other items which I didn’t try.Decoration and ambience were of highest level.Service was acceptable.Cutleries were stylish. Recommended.
