Champagne lOunge looks amazing. A perfect place for ladies, where you can really enjoy a chill atmosphere after a long day at work. Everything was perfect, starting with the staff, until the items which we ordered. I definetely recommend it.

The Champagne Lounge at the swanky St. Regis Hotel in Dubai is the pinnacle of sophistication and elegance. Drawing inspiration from, and paying homage to that legendary French Benedictine monk, Dom Pérignon (sound familiar, hmm?), this tastefully decorated lounge-bar starts every evening with a performance of the world famous St. Regis champagne sabering ritual at sunset. And for those of you who, like me, have till now referred to champagne as fizzy wine (I just killed dead all the credit points I was earning with my dearest of dears by actually saying that out loud) sabering is basically a form of opening a champagne bottle with a…um, sabre (that’s a sword by the way). It’s all very pinky out, ooh la la, posh posh (I’m surprised they have any pinkies left with all the blades flashing about there). Moving on, service is impeccable, the very best in town. Their amazing team, fancy pancy wine taster included (they’re actually called sommeliers) will turn an ordinary evening into an occasion to remember. Guys, keep this one in your pocket for that super special occasion OR for the night after you forgot that super special occasion and need a fast-track out of the dog house. Just be careful, you will spend Dirhams here like the bubbles in each flute…Waste NOT. Want NOT.
Service is impeccable here – interiors fabulous. We were a bit early before actual opening time (which is 5pm) and pretty much had the place to ourselves. They allowed us in anyway and served. Cocktails totally on point. Will surely return. Great hotel in general, good execution. Loved that the valet left a St. Regis branded bottle of water in the car, nice touch.
