Order elsewhere. They called to inform that delivery will be made in an hour, which I agreed to. Took them over 1 hour and 35 minutes to deliver the food, they didn’t inform that there will be a delay, and they brought one right item only out of four.
Considering the price, I am not expecting that the packaging to be excellent or the portion or sandwich to be bigger.However, the taste is a thing we always have expectation.I ordered many times from this place and keep giving them a chance to fix what they have done before. Every time they are doing worse than before.Last order was today, cold, dry and no tasteless Cheese mana’eesh.Again, wrong order, and I made sure to screenshot the menu and highlight my order so there is no way to miss it up again, and they did.I claimed the order again; I will pay for another order but not for delivery charge.They were fine with it. However, they can’t do delivery before 6:00 pm and it was around 4:00pm. I should wait in my office for them to bring me my food.The disappointment, provincialism and service in this place are remarkable.Please keep it up because I am sure you are looking for a record.
I ate the most famous dish of this place. Falafel and it was waste of time and money. Really!!! This place is very bad. The staff was so rude beleving that we are nothing.. completely ignoring me.
i have very bad experience , i order from them often everyday however last time they delivered the food late more than 1 hour and so cold and they didn’t bring my soft drink which i already paid for , i called them and they said they will compensate me such same order but for free today but when i ask them to bring agent from there called me and she said that i don’t know and no one informed me about this compensation and i asked her only for my pepsi which i paid she said we don’t have driver now , i told her if i ordered from zomato , will you say the same that no drivers?? very rude and not acceptable anyway i will share in social media my experience and i will complain to protection consumer and i will not order again from them.
Ordered a felafel sandwich , falafel was not cooked well , taste is awful , I don’t recommend this place . Over and above they took 20 min to the sandwich .
Well! After reading the mixed reviews about punctuality, I decided to google, how long from the restaurant to my home (7 minutes) I thought ok. I got busy and realised it was about 10 min late, I called the restaurant direct and with no apology was told it will be there in 30 minutes (just being prepared ((a Med pizza and chicken shawarma)), I couldn’t get in touch with zomato bcz of my un-updated old phone. Zomato offered me credit (thank u) the food arrived 20minutes later. It took 1hr 50minutes to deliver Luke warm food, not a bad taste but nothing special. Thank you zomato for trying your best, I hope this company does not get full payment for their poor service.
