ORDER TAKER IN AL WASL BRANCH IS THE WORST. My office is right beside the Al Wasl Antar Cafeteria and I order food there almost every day. This time, he takes and sends the wrong order. I call for them to change it to the right order and he insisted that it was not his mistake, he said he was sure it was my mistake because he took the order and he cannot be wrong. So they won’t change the food. I only order the same hotdog sandwiches everyday and I’m allergic to egg so why would I order an egg sandwich?! I was upset and returned the food to the cafeteria, angrily put the food on the table, he refunded me less than what I paid for because I took a bite of one of the sandwiches (cause I didn’t know the filling was egg). THEN HE THREW THE SANDWICH ON THE FLOOR! He wouldn’t give me the manager’s number or email ID, and the cafeteria doesn’t have a website. This kind of staff shouldn’t be placed on customer service, especially order taking when they cannot admit making a mistake and insist that the customer take the wrong order. May this reach the management and take action. Food is cheap and not bad but staff don’t wear kitchen gloves when preparing the food and customer service is just worst. Will never order from this place again.
