This is a traditional restaurant serving Mandi & Madhbi located on ground floor of AWR business center on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Safa area.The interiors allow for both traditional and regular seating areas. Their speciality is obviously the mandis which is a Yemeni cuisine of meats served with rice. I ordered the Grilled Hammour Mandi. The portion is actually good for 3 people – there’s a whole lot of fragrant rice. The fish was grilled really well. The rice was good but I couldn’t eat much. The accompaniments that come with it had a very peculiar traditional taste as well. The service is pretty good as well.I would surely recommend you try the mandi or madhbi here at least once. For me once is all ☺
