Visited this cute place in umm suqeim and tried the following dishes!Tsunami Fries- Combination of yoghurt + curly fries = weird combination, im sure ur mindset will change after visiting them and having these delicious fries. They are cheesy curly fries with chicken doner yoghurt and parsley.Overdose Fries- Try out this mouthwatering signature dish, it is a mixture of fries, pasta, chicken with lots of cheese. Really loved the way it tasted and was presented!Red Velvet – Try out these delicious cheetos coated chicken. They are fried tender chicken coated with cheetos served with fries and sauces. Really loved the crisp and the taste.Mac Cheese Pasta- In mood for Mac and Cheese? If that’s the case, do visit them and try out this tasty, mouthwatering, delicious Mac & Cheese pasta. It’s is macaroni with cheesy sauce, parmesan cheese and chicken, really loved it. ONE OF MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE!
To be honest, this didn’t meet my expectations. Same style as Nomad, Burger trip. And i recommend you to visit these restaurants other than going to overdose. I tried the kangaroo point, maple chicken, and sushi tacos. All were disappointing.
I had been here with a couple of friends for dinner. A small place with some good interiors with indoor and outdoor seating available. Overdose has some really good concepts of fries , pasta , sliders etc . We ordered a couple of the unique dishes on the menu like the Mac n Cheese , Tsunami Fries , The New York Slider . The Mac N Cheese looked beautiful with a lot of cheese in it . It was yummy tastewise . The Tsunami Fries were up next , it consists of some cheesy curly fries with beef or chicken doner and some more melting cheese in it . The New York Slider is more like a Doner and Slider combination, but the size of the slider is expensive for the price stated in the menu . Also I had ordered a Passion Fruit Mojito , since I am a big Passion Fruit fan . Nonetheless the other dishes turned out to be perfect and the staff were very kind . If you are looking for some place on Jumeirah beach road where there are dishes loaded with cheese in it , this is the place to be .
I ordered kitkat tower it was so delicious and fresh i was so depressed but the OVERDOSE of chocolate gave me the best mood i needed but it a little overpriced
Our visit to overdose was timed around noon. The place was cute and petite. The place has a rustic and burly texture all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the signature ‘overdose’ fires and Mac and Cheese pasta with a strawberry mojito. The Overdose Fries were beautifully presented and came in a cylinder. They revealed the fries right in front of us and it was mesmerizing to see the fries fall and break into the plate. The cheese was stringy and looked yummy. The sauce was tasty and it also came with chicken bits and pasta. The meal was heavy and perfect for two. The Mac and Cheese pasta was the second main dish. This came with three chicken strips pointing out like horns. These fingers tasted amazing with the bacon sauce and goes well with the pasta. The pasta also had chicken bits mixed well but seemed too less in comparison with the portion size of the pasta. The pasta was cooked well and dressed in an amazing sauce. The strawberry mojito was just what we needed after something so heavy and was the energizer we needed. The drink was refreshing and gave a jolt that was very much needed. It also came with chunks of strawberry that makes it a small meal I itself. The place was a delight to visit and surely the best way to spend an afternoon out with friends. Some of the best freak fries I have had. Definitely worth the visit for fries lovers.
