It all started on a boardwalk by the sun-kissed beaches of Romagna on the Adriatic coast of Italy... A visiting American, taken by the sight of beautiful Norina vigorously preparing the dough by hand, coined the term Piadra the feminine of Piader (mixing the english for who crafts the Piada with the Rimini dialect). Since that day we have dedicated ourselves to the craft of the Piadra, combining only the highest-quality fresh ingredients with traditional methods to ensure every Piada is mouth-watering, delicious, and completely satisfying.
