  Small & cozy restaurant located on Jumirah road .. food quality is good .. taste was it’s excellent.. quantity wise 2 meals are enough for 3 persons .. beef burgers are must try thing

  If you want some amazing wings, visit Shako Mako! I visited on Tuesday for some wings and their The Experiment Burger, a DIY Burger.A bit on the higher end and the quality was quite average. The best were their Wings! So yum, full of flavour.The Prawn Risotto lacked flavour but the shrimp alone tasted great. The Burger was good too, and a very new concept.The Fusion Fries were amazing. With meat, cheetos, fries, a mix of it ALL, it was amazing. It surely was a loaded, fusion fries dish. This is surely one dish I would come back for other than the wings.For drinks, we ordered Blueberry Mojito and Iraqi Tea, while for desserts we ordered Fried Ice Cream. Both the drinks and Dessert were great.A bit of improvement on the risotto and the burger would make a great difference, personally speaking.

  I ordered a chicken burger, chicken strips, and fries. One of the chicken burgers smelled like fish, the sauce on the other burgers made me lose my appetite, and the fries were filled with oil. The smell of the food was very bad for some reason. Over all i wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

  I was on Beach Road last night, hungrier than ever and I stumbled upon their ad on Instagram so decided to pay a visit and it was worth it!Firstly, the location is great – found parking at the back side easily.I ordered a couple of things since the pictures on the iPad menu looked great and my hunger couldn’t resist.Juicy Lucy – I was told that this is their cheese-stuffed patty burger. I was SOLD! Absolutely juicy and cheesy burger with caramelized onions. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.Cheesy Pasta – I was in the mood to indulge, so I went with this looking at the picture on Instagram. It was INCREDIBLE. The server opens it up and mixes the pasta in front of you, showing you delicious cheese-pulls.Really great experience, thanks!

  We ordered grilled chicken and a burger. They were both average. What was really disappointing is the service: there was one, yes one, waiter to serve the whole place, which made the service slow. Not pointing fingers at the waiter, he was doing his best, this is clearly a management issue.

  Went with a large group last month (8 pax) to Shako Mako.Ambiance – 5/5. the place wasn’t crowded. The interiors were trendy. The seating was well spaced out and comfortable. Airy and well lit.Food – 3/5. the food was tasty, sumptuous. Portion sizes were generous. But expected more from an outlet of this nature – more flavor, zing etc. Presentation of food – 5/5. Full marks here. The menu is on a tablet. The quality of pictures is fantastic and pushes the hunger quotient up a notch when you are picking your meal. The presentation of the food was fantastic. The burgers has a brand of the outlet. Staff – very friendly and helpfulThe prices though were on the higher side and you may have to circle to block to get parking
