Love their hasan mattar and cafeteria food, but their home delivery sucks big time. It’s shit, they make you wait from 1.5 hrs to 2hrs, that too when I stay in a building right next to it. They should stop taking the orders instead for home delivery. Even the food once delivered is cold. They will end up loosing customers like this soon.
They have the best Hasan Mathars in Dubai, hands down ! If y’all know something better let me know because I don’t ! Every time my friends and I go there it is good. Haven’t tried anything else there but this is to die for.
Home Delivery service is pathetic. Takes an hour to deliver just plain rice while its just 2 buildings away. Called them to follow up on my order, and they say they dont people to deliver food right now. If and when any of them become available, they will deliver. Really pathetic service
Horrible worst food ever.Ordered Paneer Butter Masala,come about to b Paneer Spicy Masala rather butter in it.Ordered chicken chillie dry,come out to be as if having unchewable plastic.Dont even think of trying xcept hving tea.Fit to sell Tea only.
Asked for the day special and was told chicken sukka and some chicken masala. Asked them to parcel it and took it home. I have eaten here a lot of times and never faced any issues, but today I was served spoilt and rotten chicken. Went back and returned the dishes and got my money back. The cashier was apologetic and humble. However this review is for the owner of this restaurant to fix whatever is going wrong in the cafeteria. Please don’t play with the health of your customers. Also the total bill for the food ordered here usually doesn’t exceed 10 to 20 dirhams and today I was charged AED 30 for old spoilt food.
It used to be good, i used to order mega zinger burger , but it takes a long time to deliver and the quality has also dropped , I think it’s just good if you give it a try once
So we were happy to find a cafetria closer to my home, ordered 2 shawarmas to celebrate the excitement lol. To be frank, we aren’t happy.12/11/2018: Tried their chicken manchurian and chapati last Thursday. The delivery was quick and the gravy was ok. But chicken pieces had a kind of smell and taste- we felt the chicken wasn’t properly cleaned/ washed. Chapatis were soft and tasty though.Will try their veggie dishes and see later.
