I’m a operation manager of the contracting company. I’m going to share my experience about this place. I don’t know really if the fault is for the zomato or box top. Today is the first time I’m using the zomato, usually I don’t go outside to eat food or party. Though today was the special day for me I took my friends and family to this PLACE as I seen from this app. It states that the place will open at 8pm, since my friends are coming from distant place and they want to leave early after celebrating my birthday in an open, air I choose this place. We reached and we saw the different situation. One girl was standing outside and she is the staff of this place. She threated me well and said the box top is not yet open, also I came to notice that she is trying to open it but couldn’t. I asked for the reason and she is telling inside there is person but not opening. I don’t know what is happening there. OK I don’t want to discuss the staff matter here.I want to know whether it is because of box top timings or zomato.Thanks to whoever it is, my birthday celebration was not happened as I planned.

They had a package for shisha and drinks which the server, Ms Neha, was insisting on us to use. We ended up ordering it as well. Now, we asked her what beverages we can order as it was sheesha, starter and 4 beverages. We ordered for Long Island iced teas, a chicken lollipop (again insisted by her) and a paan kiwi sheesha. She got back in 2 minutes to inform that THEY WERE OUT OF DRINKS!! Apparently they had a busy night on Thursday, so they’re out of drinks. All they have is some wine and 3 types of beer. She then asks us how many beers we’ll have because they have only 4 or 5 bottles of beer remaining from each of these 3 brands. I mean, why would you be open to public, if you dont have any alcohol at all, being a lounge that serves alcohol. She had come to us later to say she can give 60 or even 90 ml of jack daniels with the zomato gold for a buy one get one free. I mean, clearly the management needs to give some kind of training to their staff. Every single thing we asked her, she didnt know or she had to rush to ask for someone’s help. It was one of the worst fridays in Dubai to be honest. The carpets were dirty at the premises too. I’d never recommend anybody to visit this place. The only good thing was the intermittently available free wifi and the fact that since she didnt know how to operate the smart tv, the remote was in our control to play some music atleast. Until then they were playing Zee tv. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT !!!I really want to go on and on about this place but i think I’ve made my point.
Visited this place last night for 1st time with group of friends. Nice place , comfortable sitting , open area , staff was nice , food was good. just try to bring down the prices of food. rest all good. . i forgot to ask the name of the staff . he serve us well & taking good care of us. keep it up!!
Nothing To say much. But I would just like to request pls be little professional in service. Waiter was really good and helpful but the management is just very unprofessional. Never stepping again Thank you Thanxs to the Waiter
It’s a nice place for hangout, and enjoy drinks with amazing starters. Very competitive and comfortable pricing . Nice music and place. Amazing staff and manager.
Visited this place last night it’s located at the roof top of Imperial Suites Hotel , as we entered we were welcomed by the staff people ordered for Chivas Shots , it was served to me within 5 mins of time which is fair enough , pricing wise it was a bit high compared to other places in Burdubai .
