I was very sceptical when I was getting food, especially with the reviews on Zomato. But I saw one review which said that one guy was a constant for 8 years.I mean they have got to be doing something right. So gave it a try. And for a budget place, I was impressed with the decency of staff and the quality of food. Of course its no high budget meal, but it was very well done and clean. Definitely going to be a repeat customer here.
Reminds me of India, very nice for easy snacks. Very near to my office, prices are very reasonable. As the weather was so nice today, we went for it, and we had 1 chai, 2 omletes and 1 Onion pakoda, and all costed for AED 10. Though not served hot yet very tasty.
This place reminds me of the chai tapri we have back in India. Being the only chai place close to my office with really good chai at a reasonable price (1 Dirham) this place is frequented a lot by office goers and airport staff.Their onion pakodas are also really good. They either give one big piece for 1Dhs or have one plate of small bites for 2 Dhs. Although not served hot they taste yum and fresh.I wish they had more variety of chai though (ginger, mint, lemon, masala, etc.) but hey, am glad at what I’m getting in a location where there are barely any options 🙂 foodandfrolic.com
Located near airport. Grabbed a sandwich for a quick bite. Very easy on pocket. Tried the Hot dog sandwich for Aed 4! Samosa for Aed 1 and aed 1 for tea!
This is a great place to have cost effective breakfast and snacks. You can stuff yourself for as little as 20 Dhs, and have good food also. The best part is the yummy tasting tea to finish off the meal.
