Delivery was bad. The Chicken Haneesh we ordered was not the same description mentioned on the online menu. It was only half and not even that fantastic. Honestly we had better chicken. We have high regard when it comes to Arabic food but this restaurant really need to change their tactic. We were fooled again of the discount to be taken out but now I know why it was given. I won’t even recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely crap when it comes to delivery. They really need to change their delivery boys. The guys can’t follow simple instructions or even speak basic English!
I ordered online Chicken Mandi, Chicken Madhbi and Chicken Bukhary mandi yesterday. They delivered within an hour. Felt Mandi and Madhbi as an average taste, but not much of Bukhary mandi.
They called me to say that my order will be late for almost 2h and the cashier guy who called wasn’t polite and I already paid and he told me its not his problem. -The restaurant even closed – food was not good at all – rode customer service – was very bad experience My advice don’t order from there المطعم ومن يديره غير مؤهل للخدمه . اعلمونى ان طلبى حيتأخر لأكثر من ساعتين وعمدما اعترضت تعاملى بغير احترافيه او احترام . الطعام غير جيد بالمره والخدمه سيأه جدا .نصيحتى الا تطلبو من هذا المطعم
A place dedicated to mandi and mazbi.. The taste of the food is beyond this world. The majlis setting is beautiful. There slow cooked meat and fish is my favourite, and its packed with flavours.
The delivery service is terrible!! I received my order 2 hours late! The driver was extremely rude.. he refused to give me the food!! Then walked away after shouting at me and talking in a very vulgar and rude way!Never again! And unless you want to be left hungry then insulted by their drivers you should not order from there either!
