Cocoberry is a small restaurant located inside the Abu hail park. Eating at their premises is good. But the people working and management are really pathetic especially when you order for take away. I have been a regular customer, ordered chicken fried rice or noodles number of times through Zomato app and paid before the delivery. They deliver food without any sause. Every time I call them and report still they do the same. The management is so arrogant arguing that they will not give any sauce. I cannot understand, how these people will eat bland fried rice or noodle without any sauce.I understand it would be a mistake to pack without sauce but I found out from the delivery people that cocoberry intentionally avoid sause for all the orders placed through Zomato app to save money. Increase the price a bit not an issue but these kind of cost cutting is bad.If they avoiding sauce to save money I wonder what kind of ingredients they add to our food. Please avoid this restaurant. Thanks for your time. I have pic of my previous order with cocoberry, yesterday I again ordered still no sauce. They are not ready learn from their mistakes.
Today I ordered malabar fish briyani taste is good but they forgot to keep sweet payasam really I miss payasam today. I suggest this restaurant try once u will like it
I recommend do not order. The service is very poor and very slow.. they do not give proper updates even after the order is delayed. My order is 1hr delayed still the delivery guy has not turned up.. zomato customer support also has answer to this.You will never get food delivered on time and plus due to delay the food gets soggy and cannot be comsumed.. Disappointing..
