The worst restaurant for me !! I ordered for spaghetti last night and I received my order almost 1 hour and 15minutes, there’s has no courtesy happened !! Delivery guy never called me in my number and he enter to our flat near to my room and starting calling my name in the corridor and telling that my order has come! And he started fighting with me!! La Paz batchoy you have to teach good manners for your staff !! No cooperation as well !! I can not recommend this restaurant !!!very bad service

The resto’s name is La Paz Batchoy thus one would expect an authentic batchoy. Unfortunately, it’s like a bland mami. Malayo sa Batchoy ng Bacolod/Iloilo. Hopefully, maimprove pa nila or change the name to something na specialty tlaga nila.
As a newly opened filipino restaurant, we looked forward to tasting the original la paz batchoy and given that it’s winter, having a good soup was just appropriate, we ordered 4 la paz batchoy and it took roughly 30mins to receive our food, when we received it, one soup only had noodles in it with no meat, we had to ask the waiter (politely of course) for the meat, the soup was bland and a little bit disappointing however as we continued eating, and after a few sips, to our horror we noticed that inside one our batchoy was a fly! we immediately called the waiter’s attention to show it and all he did was just take the food (perhaps to replace it or he was also in shock) not even some sort of excuse, obviously we didn‘t want to order the same and just wanted to leave but we waited for our friends to finish their food, and in the end we were offered a pack of puto cheese as complimentary and the lady waitress apologized. Needless to say, things do happen in a busy restaurant, however hygiene should be a top priority in the food industry. (see photo attached)
