I ordered yesterday the usual tasty, packed with Pinoy flavor Bulalo which I love from Tipanan Al Rigga. To my dismay, what I received, tasted bland that even my kids do not want to take them. It’s just sad that it seems lately this restaurant cannot maintain its quality.
We ordered two dishes for take away, chicken sisig and Sinigang na salmon. We really like the taste of the Chicken sisig however the Sinigang na salmon really makes me disappointed. Im trying to find atleast 1 small slice of salmon meat but I couldn’t find instead the salmon skin and veggies. Im thankful that i just ordered half of it.

It was a superb dinner for us, good portion and goodness of tenderloin beef satisfied my Hubby’s craving, i was shocked with the size of the california maki rolls, i can’t even lift it using chopsticks, coz the serving is too big haha! had to open my mouth wide to munch it. Worth the price i must say.
The very first Tapa I have tasted here in Dubai was from this restaurant. I would say for the price I am satisfied with the serving. I also love their Sizzling Bulalo. The buttery taste with saltiness. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are craving for Budget Filipino food.
The good part is their food are good. And the bad part is even you are next to their building they will take 30 minutes to 1 hour for delivery. They will not deliver your food unless you call them back again.
