Urban Palette is a cute eatery, spacious, with tables and chairs neatly set out. A shelf on the side with adorable decorative items placed on them, this restaurant is a lovely place to hang out with your loved ones. The servers there were very friendly, polite and always on their feet to serve us. I was invited here for a tasting session.For the drinks and food, we ordered the following:Orange juice: freshly squeezed, the orange juice was sweet and very refreshing.Bombay Special Sandwich: crispy bread, with a spread of green chutney, stuffed with tomatoes, onions, potatoes and cucumbers. It was delicious, spicy and flavourful. Definitely a must try.Falafel + Hummus + Pita Bread: crispy pieces of delectable falafel, served with hummus, and soft & fresh pita bread. The hummus was just right in consistency, smooth in texture, creamy and full of flavours. It was so good, we ordered another portion of it.Vegetarian noodles: absolutely loved these! Thin strips of noodles, tossed in a sauce and fresh vegetables. Flavoursome and delectable. Undoubtedly a must try!Dal makhani: creamy and buttery, the dal makhani was tasty, and well – cooked with adequate spices and necessary ingredients. Mildly spicy and flavourful.Paneer butter masala: soft pieces of paneer were cooked to perfection with their orange gravy, which was just right in consistency. Yummy, full of flavours and mildly spicy.Chappati: served warm, freshly prepared, soft, and cooked just like homemade chappatis.French Fries: thick – cut, non – oily, soft & crispy, and fried to perfection.Thank you Urban Palette team for hosting us.
